ABOUT ME & MY PHILOSOPHY
I have 10 years of experience with stretch therapy & recovery.This passion and expertise of mine started with a deep study and training in yoga that has helped to intertwine many stretching and healing techniques to assist my clients.
With stretch therapy, the work is done for you. You work one-on-one with myself which has knowledge of anatomy, physiology and stretching techniques. I take you through a thorough routine of stretches personalized for your particular needs. Stretch therapy sessions aid in improving your flexibility, range of motion, mobility, and strength.
My work assists in improving top tier athletes performances across all major sports such as the NFL, MLB, WWE, NCAAF, and NBA. Sessions often take place day of the game to prepare the muscles and body to perform at optimization, during the week, or the day after game to increase recovery time.
